Refund Policy for Wellness Products

This Refund Policy applies to all wellness products sold via the ChiroPlan website, which is owned and operated by Everybody Chiropractic Ltd.
1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your wellness product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original packaging

In the same condition as received

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., opened supplements, used therapy tools, or personal care products) may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or return label as appropriate.

1. Collection Only
At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery services for our wellness products. All items must be collected in person from our clinic location:

Orders can be collected during the clinic’s regular business hours. If you are unsure about current opening times or need to arrange a specific collection slot, please contact us directly before arriving.
4. ID & Order Confirmation
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of ID when collecting your purchase. This helps us ensure your order is handed over securely.
5. Uncollected Orders
